I actually made the Orange and Spicy Variations by adding Hungarian Half-Sharp Paprika (Penzey’s) and cayenne pepper. It’s a great vegan version of nachos. It’s yummy! I found two Moosewood books at a garage sale for $3 -The Moosewood Cookbook (1992) and The Moosewood Restaurant Kitchen Garden (1992). The Kitchen Garden book has about 50 pages of recipes in addition to information about growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
