I’ve been doing a lot of baking in preparation for Easter weekend. I’ll be seeing my family at Easter so I’ve got a bunch of their requests to fill, including more mini-loaf goodness. My mom specifically requested some mini cornbread which I recently blogged about. It’s her favorite. My dad requested one of his favorites (pictured below)…. mini Orange Blueberry Bread. Yum! Speaking of blueberries, I’ll be posting about the improved blueberry muffin recipe soon.

I also made Easter cards over the weekend. Here’s a sample of how they looked. I used letter stickers, ribbon, a flower paper punch, glue, and some of my Super Slab paper to go behind the flowers. They turned out nicely. I love paper/craft punches. I saw a dragonfly one over the weekend that I hope to pick up soon. Not only do the punches make nifty designs, they’re fun to use as well.
Hope you have a wonderful day. 😀
