Tofu and Vegetable Skewers

We marinated the tofu in an Asian peanut sauce for about an hour. On the skewers with the marinated tofu, we added onion, mushrooms, red pepper, and both green and yellow zucchini. Some of the vegetables were what we bought for Father's Day but didn't use. I bought the skewers at the grocery store and they cost $1.59 for 100 ten-inch skewers.
