These cinnamon rolls were fantastic. I actually took this picture back in March when my parents were visiting but have made them several times since then. My parents thought these were even better than the previous cinnamon rolls I used to make. I even brought some in to work to share and my co-workers really liked them. I used the recipe from Vegan Bicyclinguist. You’ll have to play around with the frosting ingredients to get the consistency you want. I think these taste best the day they are made. If you want to eat them the next day, you might want to reheat them a bit first.
