Vegan Fruit Smoothie and Recipe

The recipe I use comes from the cookbook “Cooking with Peta.” The only exception is that I do not freeze the banana.

I use Trader Joe brand frozen fruit. In the smoothie pictured, I used TJ’s Four-Berry Blend. It’s a mix of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. You can use whatever frozen fruit you like. I also like making peach-mango smoothies. It’s a great recipe because you can easily change it to suit your tastes.

Pinknest, I totally agree. Plus, it’s so much cheaper than getting a smoothie out some place. It should be a crime for what some places charge for a smoothie!!! LOL

Harmonia, Thanks for your kind comments about my blog and for stopping by 🙂 I don’t know what’s up with Word Press and the comments lately. It keeps tagging legitimate comments as spam and I have to go in and de-spam them. It’s weird.
